Party Fowl built its name on the idea that Nashville hot chicken didn't have to live only in the standing-room-only shacks that made it famous — it could work as a full sit-down restaurant with a bar, a brunch menu, and enough TVs to watch a Titans game while you eat. The chain now has locations near Vanderbilt on Broadway, in Donelson, in East Nashville, and even one in Louisiana, having outgrown its original downtown home.

Brunch runs Saturday and Sunday until 2pm and leans hard into the hot chicken concept rather than treating it as an afterthought: the Nashville Hot Chicken Benedict and Loaded Hot Chicken Biscuit sit alongside the signature Hot Chicken and Waffles, crispy tenders sandwiched between two waffles and finished with maple syrup. The drink menu matches the personality of the food — a 'Nashville Hot' Bloody Mary comes loaded with a chicken tender, deviled egg, and pickles and dusted with the restaurant's own hot chicken spice blend, and the boozy slushie machines run all day.
