It's the closest Nashville gets to staying inside a contemporary art museum, and the effect is deliberate: the hotel is positioned as a cultural destination as much as a place to sleep.

Yolan, the ground-floor Italian restaurant named for Pizzuti's grandmother Yolanda, is the property's culinary centerpiece and drew serious national attention within its first year open — a cheese cave, a glass-enclosed wine cellar, and a menu built around refined, ingredient-driven Italian cooking rather than red-sauce standards. On the 21st floor, the rooftop pairs a 50-foot pool with private cabanas and a living green wall by day and turns into Denim, a cocktail bar with skyline views, at night.

This is the hotel for an anniversary, a proposal, or a milestone birthday rather than a casual weekend — the 26,000 square feet of event space also makes it a serious contender for a Nashville wedding weekend headquarters.
