The celebration comes amid a run of Dolly-related news in Nashville, from the BNA airport renaming to her new SongTeller Hotel downtown, so expect bars, shops, and honky-tonks along Broadway to join in with their own tributes.
No single ticketed event anchors the day — it's more a citywide mood than a schedule — but visitors downtown that Friday should expect an extra dose of rhinestones and Dolly songs on the jukeboxes.
