Tim McGraw Joins the Country Music Hall of Fame

The induction ceremony, held in the Hall of Fame's rotunda, adds McGraw's name to the museum's permanent medallion display downtown — a detail worth knowing for anyone planning a visit, since new inductees often mean fresh exhibit material and renewed interest in the museum's collection.

Paul Overstreet and bluegrass pioneers The Stanley Brothers were inducted alongside him, rounding out a class that spans multiple eras of country music history.
