Waymo Expands Its Driverless Rides Across Nashville
Waymo's robotaxis now reach further across Davidson County, including the Nashville Zoo, the Mall at Green Hills and Lipscomb University.
The expansion adds several visitor-frequented pockets of the city to Waymo's coverage area, giving out-of-towners another option beyond rideshare and taxis for getting to attractions outside downtown.
The service still requires the Waymo app and operates within a geofenced area, so it's worth checking coverage before counting on it for an airport run or a late-night trip back to a hotel.
